Curt Woolford, MA, PCC

Curt’s professional background includes organizational development, human resource development, leadership coaching, and mindfulness. He runs the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program for Crozer Health. His mindfulness at work consulting includes the Philadelphia Bar Association, Independence Blue Cross, and Subaru of America.

Curt began his personal mindfulness practice over 30 years ago. He has studied Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction with Jon Kabat-Zinn, The Penn Program for Mindfulness, and the Jefferson Mindfulness Institute. Curt is a graduate of the Coaching Leader Program at Saint Joseph's University - Haub School of Business. He is an ICF certified coach who brings considerable expertise to his mindfulness and leadership coaching. 

Curt has been recognized as one of the Top Mindfulness Coaches by Coach Foundation.
