Coaching

Curt Woolford's mindfulness-based coaching practice draws on over 15 years of experience as a mindfulness meditation teacher, a MA in educational psychology, and 30 years of meditation practice. Curt has trained extensively with Jon Kabat-Zinn.

As your coach, I will partner with you in a thought-provoking and creative process that will inspire you to maximize your personal and professional potential.

Mindfulness coaching uses mindful awareness and presence to strengthen the coaching process. Developing and sustaining a regular mindfulness practice is supported through the coaching process. Mindfulness skills are explored and deepened during the coaching session.

During each session you will focus on personal, professional, or mindfulness goals.
