This class is open to both new and experienced meditators.

During this mindfulness class, you will be guided through a variety of techniques. The research is clear — mindfulness practices build present moment awareness, reduce stress, and increase happiness.

Essential Practices
4 Sundays: October 28 - November 18, 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Includes 10 hours of instruction, a study manual, and a series of recorded guided meditations.

I loved it and will definitely return to Mindfulness Fridays as often as I can. It is a wonderful way to let go of a busy week and appreciate the promise of a weekend, refreshed and aware.
