Worldwide, tens of thousands of people have completed the MBSR program. Developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, MBSR is supported by over two decades of research. 

During this program you will develop critical life-long stress management skills that have proven to reduce stress, increase awareness and concentration, improve health, and enhance quality of life. Experience what mindfulness can do for you.

Program Details

9 Sundays: January 15 - March 12, 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Full-day retreat February 26, 11:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Includes 27 hours of instruction, a study manual, and a series of recorded meditations.
