The Mindful Athlete: Men’s Tennis & Tai Chi Tennis

Strengthen your mental-emotional game, empowering yourself with mindful athlete skills.

Mindful athlete skills will be introduce and practiced throughout the semester. Tai Chi Tennis will be integrated into the program to increase body awareness and develop an increased sense of presence while competing. These practices strengthen the athlete’s mental and emotional “muscle” thereby improving performance.
