Enjoy a yoga practice infused with mindfulness.

This mindful yoga workshop will introduce a variety of yoga postures that are systematically sequenced and linked together with the breath. Mindfulness techniques will be introduced and integrated into the stress reducing and health enhancing practices of vinyasa yoga.
