Stress affects all of us - physically, mentally, and emotionally. What if there was a proven technique to reduce stress and increase wellness? This is where Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) can help.

Worldwide, tens of thousands of people have completed the MBSR program. Developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, MBSR is supported by over two decades of research.
